A very short post today inspired by some of our 6:15am bootcampers!
I know you’re busy- I mean facebook, iphone, ipod, eastenders etc. Then family commitments, social life and work! It’s a lot!
This is why this post is so short…
But what about that hour you may lose out on everyday?
You know 6am-7am? Or even 6am – 7:30am? An Hour and a Half!
If we are so busy then we absolutely must make use of our time the best we can.
And so our bootcampers were saying, exercising in the morning:
“Sets you up for the day”
“Kickstarts the metabolism”
“Gives you “feel good” endorphins”
“Plus when you finish work you can have more time to prepare healthy food, relax and wind down for the evening”
Yes it requires commitment, but surely anything worthwhile does?
